Job Title: Client Partner

Cognizant North America is seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team. As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable growth in the account through strategic planning and execution.
  • Regularly review performance metrics with delivery, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Participate in senior management reviews of client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams, and business teams to formulate a business plan for implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers.
  • Be responsible for the execution and customer satisfaction in all revenue portfolios within the accounts.
  • Identify and forge partnerships with existing alliance partners to grow the account.
  • Craft a thought leadership agenda to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Actively drive the execution of the digital transformation agenda for the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
  • Experience running client P&L of $20+ million dollars, including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
  • In-depth understanding of business domain, technology, and services domains.
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model.
  • Candidates must have experience building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or MBA degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience selling engineering and IT services in the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor domain - technologies, market trends, and major industry players - both traditional and new.

Cognizant offers a competitive salary range of $122,600.00 - $196,300.00, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
