Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team in Boston, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to join our upscale restaurant and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Our menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients, brought to life through the art of wood-fired grilling and elevated by our Master Chef's unique approach, blending international flavors with innovative culinary techniques. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and aesthetics in all our dishes.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. A passion for mentoring and developing others is essential for this role. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, execution, and service during meal periods.
* Serve as a point of contact for the culinary team, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain consistency in execution of recipes and food presentation across all offerings.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef in the creation of seasonally-inspired and innovative menus that align with the restaurant's vision.
