Culinary Operations Manager Job Description:

A leading restaurant in Boston, MA is searching for a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee their kitchen operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume kitchen operations, including inventory management and customer service
  • Develop and maintain high-performing teams
  • Ensure kitchen standards and cost controls are met
  • Provide excellent leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as CDC or EC
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and customer service
  • Proficiency in P&L knowledge and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
