Business Development Director

Brighten your career with Disability Solutions as we seek a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our markets. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of focused opportunities that align with business objectives;
• Foster strong customer relationships to understand customer needs, priorities, and requirements;
• Collaborate with product line leadership to provide counsel on bid/no bid gate reviews and work closely with the Product Line Portfolio & Capture Team Leads for smooth proposal development;
• Conduct market analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies;
• Identify and qualify new opportunities to drive business growth;
Requirements:
• Active Secret clearance, TS preferred;
• Strong understanding of the DoD acquisition process;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior Government officials and industry partners;
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret clearance;
• MS or MBA degree;
• Experience as a DoD aviator;
• BD experience in a relevant USG market - Military and/or DoD/OSD experience;
• Understanding of industry best practices;
Compensation Package
$147,300 - $250,400 per year (full-time salary range).
