Sales and Business Development Specialist

We're Venture Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, and we're on the hunt for a top-notch Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the chance to showcase your sales prowess and drive revenue growth while building strong relationships with clients in the solar industry.
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $150,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential that can take your earnings up to $300,000 or more. Our sales teams are known for their expertise, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related field
- Proven track record of sales success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
