Our compensation package includes a base salary of $150,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential that can take your earnings up to $300,000 or more. Our sales teams are known for their expertise, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related field
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
