Key Responsibilities
  • Developing comprehensive service schedules for clients.
  • Overseeing and managing the production phase of projects.
  • Coordinating and communicating with both in-house tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining accurate records of personnel and resources utilized on projects while communicating all billable events.
  • Engaging with adjusters and clients through various communication methods to address concerns and provide clarity regarding losses.
  • Ensuring consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Preparing documentation and photographic evidence in accordance with company policies to facilitate insurance reimbursements.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with insurance adjusters.
  • Ensuring all projects remain within budget and adhere to timelines.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Effectively manage their time.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess a foundational knowledge of construction, including materials and flooring.
  • Have experience in the restoration sector and are proficient in creating estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
