Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years in janitorial operations, including technical skills and customer service experience
  • Proficient bilingual speaking and writing capabilities (English/Spanish)

  • Consistent follow-through on commitments
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and conversations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and internet operations
