About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Denture Lab Technician to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our dental laboratory, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality dentures that enhance the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimal patient satisfaction by fabricating dentures from impression to insertion.
  • Oversee your own laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective production of dentures.
  • Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Prepare laboratory supply orders to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Experience with complete fabrication of quality denture products from start to finish.
  • Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test, demonstrating proficiency in dental lab technology.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Training in dental lab technology is a plus.
