Job Opportunity

Scott Kia of Springfield is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with a strong background in F&I to join our award-winning team. As a top-performing sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes
  • Drive business growth through high-level involvement in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure leads are handled quickly, questions are answered, and information is provided to set appointments for store visits
  • Manage follow-up with leads to assist them through their research phase until ready for a vehicle purchase
  • Ensure customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience
  • Manage the negotiation process with Product Specialists to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
  • Appraise vehicles for trade
  • Manage all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, Internet, and Phones
  • Manage new and used vehicle inventory
  • Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments
  • Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Dealership Management experience
  • F&I experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in automotive sales
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
