This position involves mastering our operational processes to support our existing clientele of 2,000 businesses while cultivating new relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team to replicate these efforts. As you gain expertise in training your team members, you will progress towards the Agency Director position, honing the necessary skills through our established systems and methodologies. Compensation for this role is structured on a weekly basis, with an average first-year salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the current client portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects (B2B).
  • Oversee team performance and activities.
  • Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
  • Provide daily updates on field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis.

  • A minimum evaluation period of 45 days is necessary before potential advancement.
