The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and directing the activities within the food service department. Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $19.25 per hour, full-time position with benefits available after 30 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Assigns daily tasks to the food service team and monitors the completion of these tasks.
- Provides training and support to staff regarding their roles, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
- Prepares and assembles food items following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensures proper food storage in compliance with safety regulations.
- Organizes workstations, including preparation areas, service counters, and heating equipment.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas after service.
- Serves food to patrons, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
- Restocks food items and maintains appropriate inventory levels.
- Exhibits outstanding customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and team members.
- Follows safety protocols, including food safety and sanitation practices.
- Safeguards company assets.

Qualifications- Preferred previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Required prior experience in food service.
- Must be able to achieve food safety certification.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service abilities.
This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Additionally, uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
