About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Lead to join our team at CAVA - Greenleaf Center. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our grill and prep teams, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
  • Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
  • Learn and apply basic food and beverage management principles, including ordering and inventory organization.
  • Develop new leadership skills to lead the team, drive results, and achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members, with a focus on growth and development.
  • Ability to cross-train across the restaurant, ensuring rapid growth and adaptability.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain near-constant communication with multiple people.
