Role Summary:
We are seeking a Client Services Associate to become part of our dynamic team.
The Client Services division is dedicated to nurturing exceptional relationships with our agency and technology clients, providing strategic insights that reflect a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, and ensuring that digital initiatives and products meet or surpass expectations.
The Client Services Associate will support multiple Account Managers in various client-related tasks, including onboarding, task coordination, reporting, and campaign evaluation. This role will involve regular interaction with accounts and requires meticulous attention to detail, a positive demeanor, and a strong desire to learn. The position encompasses all digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, Spotify, and more. Additionally, the Associate will assist in onboarding clients to Digible's technology platform, Fiona.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation and communication for client onboarding in property management.
- Coordinate and update onboarding progress with Account Managers across the client portfolio.
- Ensure internal deadlines are adhered to and all campaign details are accurately documented and communicated.
- Monitor launch statuses proactively and provide regular updates to the team.
- Assist in setting up reporting and verifying data source connections.
- Support Account Managers with client outreach and follow-ups, continuously seeking ways to enhance the client-agency relationship.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, products/services, and digital strategies for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client communication.
- Internship or entry-level experience in a marketing agency or communications role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in multifamily, senior living, or student housing is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a quick learning ability, a growth-oriented mindset, and a values-driven approach.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $50,000-$66,000.
- Four-day work week (32 hours).
