Client Services Associate

At Veritext, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in exceeding client expectations by proactively managing their requests and issues on cases and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors, such as reporters, agencies, and videographers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
- Contact partners on order changes and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
