Childcare Support Specialist

AristaCare is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Classroom Assistant. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our young students.
Key Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and activities.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or changes in a child's condition to the RN or supervisor.
- Assist in the implementation of planned activities and daily routines.
- Provide developmental stimulation, toilet training, and other childcare activities as needed.
- Transport children to and from home, the facility, and on class trips.
- Prepare children for meals, serve food, and assist with feeding.
- Perform after-meal care, including cleaning and hygiene.
- Initiate and participate in center clean-up and disinfection procedures.
- Report equipment and supply needs to the RN or supervisor.
- Complete all assigned educational requirements on a timely basis.
- Maintain confidentiality of children's information.
- Treat children with dignity, kindness, and respect.
- Present a positive professional image of the facility to families and the community.
- Be honest, open, and direct with fellow workers while expressing views constructively.
- Report grievances and complaints made by parents and guardians to Administration.
