As an Autism Support Specialist, you will engage directly with clients in their homes, implementing our developmental strategies to enhance their growth.

Your Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
  • Availability for a part-time commitment of 6-10 hours per week.
  • Interest in child development and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Commitment to work with Positive Development for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Patience and empathy to support children with developmental needs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • Physical ability to engage in active play and lift children as needed.
