Sales Onboarding Enablement Manager

This role requires a strategic and operational leader to design and deliver exceptional onboarding programs that consistently prepare new hires for success. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into impactful business outcomes.
A key responsibility of this role includes partnering cross-functionally with field productivity teams, learning & development, HR, and other stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements and translate them into engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver streamlined onboarding programs that consistently prepare new hires for success
- Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, including training content, job aids, and other resources to enable new hires
- Measure onboarding effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and continuously optimize the program based on insights
- Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market, dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
