Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various front office duties. This is a part-time opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities- Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the front desk computer system, handling room reservations, and managing guest information
- Handle guest requests, including delivering packages, messages, and amenities
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
