Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling various front office duties. This is a part-time opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system, handling room reservations, and managing guest information
  • Handle guest requests, including delivering packages, messages, and amenities
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
