We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Analyst to join our team at Radwell. As a Program Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Patuxent River, MD customer and providing expertise across the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office, PMA-280, and directly supporting the Advanced Concepts & Technologies (AC&T).
Key Responsibilities:- Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses and collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently to develop solutions.
- Proactive and consistent communication and teambuilding skills.
- Experience working with external stakeholders, sponsors, and program offices.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with external stakeholders on new processes.
- Bachelor's Degree OR an Associate's Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's OR 6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.
- Three to ten years of experience performing duties described in the functional description and task list.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
