Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team at Aviation Systems Engineering Company. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program Office, PMA-242, by performing program management support and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program/project objectives
  • Analyze and track project/program requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules
  • Collect and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
  • Utilize Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to initiate PIDs, follow through to Award of Contracts, and more
  • Prepare PIDs, CDRLs, Acquisition Plans, and Justifications and Approval
  • Support reviews utilizing AMS visualizations
  • Input data into TurboAcq and the Government Furnished Property Module
  • Prepare APBs, Program Deviation Reports, and memos
  • Coordinate and provide inputs to the Acquisition Program Baseline RDAIS Dashboard
  • Track the status of CDRL deliverables
  • Enter POM Issue information in the Dualie Issue Sheet Generator database
  • Schedule and attend meetings (virtual and in-person)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • No degree, but at least 9 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions
  • Previous experience using NAVAIR Management Tools
  • Able to develop acquisition strategies, budget/phasing plans, and execute integrated Government schedules
  • Knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs
  • Proficient with the use of the NAVAIR Procurement Management Tool (PMT) suite
  • Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs
  • Experience managing program/project statuses and with earned value management (EVM)
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office

The estimated salary range for this position will be $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set.
