Job Summary:
We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements analysis, project management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer meetings to gather and document requirements
- Assist in converting functional requirements into technical specifications and epics, user stories, or features
- Gather and analyze data from databases, systems, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Develop and modify project plans for monitoring and tracking progress of data analysis projects
- Facilitate progress meetings to review project tasks across teams
- Work closely with software developers and data analysts to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements and quality standards
- Measure and report project performance, status, and issues
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years combined experience in requirements analysis, project management, and/or data analysis
- Experience with MS Project
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in an IT and/or DoD environment highly desired
- Experience working with aircraft data preferred
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
