Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team at Aviation Systems Engineering Company. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our team within NAVAIR's Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program Office, PMA-242.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and analyze project/program requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collect and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs, and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Utilize Procurement Management Tool (PMT), initiate PIDs, and follow through to Award of Contracts, D.O.'s, etc.
  • Prepare PIDs (Section B-J), CDRLs, Acquisition Plans (AP), and Justifications and Approval (J&A), Statements of Work (SOWs), GFP Justification memos, etc.
  • Support reviews utilizing AMS visualizations, input data into TurboAcq and the Government Furnished Property Module, and prepare APBs, Program Deviation Reports, and memos.
  • Coordinate and provide inputs to the Acquisition Program Baseline RDAIS Dashboard, track the status of CDRL deliverables, and enter POM Issue information in the Dualie Issue Sheet Generator database.
  • Schedule and attend meetings (virtual and in-person), and perform additional tasking as assigned by the government customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience with no degree.
  • Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions, previous experience using NAVAIR Management Tools, and proficiency with the NAVAIR Procurement Management Tool (PMT) suite.
  • Knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs, and experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office and ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
