Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our dynamic hospice recruiting team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans to support a wide geographic region, encompassing hundreds of locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team of remote clinical recruiters
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to support a wide geographic region
  • Manage recruitment efforts for hundreds of openings across hundreds of locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Travel 10-20% of the time to support business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership position
  • Experience leading remote teams is preferred
  • Successful track record of leading teams of 5+ people
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting efforts
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
