Job Title: Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of top clinicians, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top clinician talent, including BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specializing in clinician roles.
  • Deep understanding of the clinician hiring process, including credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven success in developing and executing clinician recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
