About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Coordinator. As a Key Carrier and Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall performance of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Leadership: Act as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to our sales team.
  • Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and managing inventory.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing regular updates on store performance and addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with management and associates.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
