We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to steer our store towards operational excellence. This administrative position acts as the store's versatile resource, helping to enhance outdoor experiences through knowledge sharing, recommendations, and daily customer engagement. You will support the management team and handle daily office responsibilities while embodying the REI culture and promoting our brand. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Review and reconcile operational business expenses effectively.
  • Mentor and assist operations and sales staff as needed.
  • Manage office supply inventory within the assigned budget.
  • Assist with hiring processes, HR documentation, and maintaining store files.
  • Coordinate the Safety Committee, address Product Quality issues, and uphold Loss Prevention standards.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Pay Range

$25.04 per hour
