  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, current promotions, and AutoZone systems to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize ZNET to assist customers, diagnose automobile problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues to address customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
