About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Job Description
  • Manage daily F&B operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Schedule staff hours, assign duties, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial transactions, staff attendance, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
