Job OverviewThe Brattleboro Retreat is a leading psychiatric hospital in the northeast, known for its commitment to providing high-quality care to patients. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Training Administrator to join our interdisciplinary team.

As a Clinical Training Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating training, support, and resources for healthcare professionals within the Psychiatric Team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs, collaborating with nursing, psychology, psychiatry, and other disciplines to ensure a trauma-informed approach, and maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to function well as part of a tight-knit high-performing team. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, with a higher-level degree preferred.
