Position Summary

The primary responsibilities associated with this role encompass a variety of tasks that may evolve over time as directed by management. Key duties include:

  • - Plan, execute, and complete projects in accordance with defined timelines and budget constraints.
    - Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
    - Develop and uphold project schedules, plans, and financial estimates.
    - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
    - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    - Guarantee timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget requirements.
    - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
    - Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
    - Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
    - Assist in sales efforts and foster customer relationships.
  • - Provide project estimates.
  • - Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute costs.
  • - Oversee all project aspects, including labor management, budgeting, and documentation.
  • - Support the operational management of the division.
  • - Aid in the training and development of staff.
  • - Monitor workforce productivity and address issues, including performance documentation.
  • - Supervise the company's quality assurance program.
  • - Drive project performance to ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous internship or construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanor and experience.
