Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design documentation that aligns with project requirements and company standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional development.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee the timely completion of documentation for quality assurance and quality control reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess weekly staffing needs.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and providing constructive feedback.
  • Review and manage the electrical budget, coordinating adjustments with the Project Manager as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor project timelines and electrical budget management.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD software.
  • Experience in design work within educational and healthcare facilities.
