Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to assess required resources and define the project scope, including necessary materials and labor.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to mitigate risks and promptly address any safety concerns.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders through detailed progress reports.
  • Estimate costs for all project tasks and manage the overall project budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, essential subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Plan and coordinate the entire construction project, including operational timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Establish systems for organizing tools, vehicles, and equipment, scheduling maintenance as needed.
  • Supervise the work of general contractors and their teams, providing guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the complete building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methodologies.
  • Experience with construction or project management software is highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction project management role.
