Overview

The key responsibilities associated with this role encompass a variety of tasks that may evolve as directed by management. Your primary duties will include:

  • - Plan, execute, and complete projects adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
    - Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects that align with organizational goals.
    - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and financial estimates.
    - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to ensure smooth execution.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee flawless project delivery.
    - Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budgetary limits.
    - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
    - Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
    - Create and maintain thorough project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
  • - Provide accurate project estimates.
  • - Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costs.
  • - Oversee all aspects of project management, including labor planning and documentation.
  • - Assist in managing the operational capabilities of the division.
  • - Support the training and development of team members.
  • - Monitor workforce productivity and address any issues that arise, including performance documentation.
  • - Oversee the quality assurance program of the company.
  • - Drive project performance to ensure completion under budget and on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous internship or construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and construction-related documents.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Professional demeanor and relevant experience.
