You will source, screen, and recruit top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Managing candidates in process
- Collaborating with the People Team and product leaders
- Proactively recruiting senior talent
Requirements include:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong preference for experience in recruiting professionals
