The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to the business units, responsible for attracting and converting top talent for highly specialized positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborating with the People Team and business unit leaders to scale their teams
  • Proactively recruiting and maintaining relationships with senior talent
  • Identifying candidates through cold calling, lead generation, and social networking
  • Managing candidates in process and providing a positive experience
  • Acting as an advocate for the client and candidate throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience conducting high-level searches
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong preference for experience in recruiting professionals
  • Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction techniques
