About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to increase market share and expand our customer base.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
