About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Paragon Films. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize your expertise in Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Excel, and T-SQL to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
  • Report and Visualization Design: Design and develop reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, ensuring that data is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, providing expert guidance on data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, maintaining high standards of data governance.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training to business stakeholders on the use of reporting and analytic platforms, toolsets, data models, and reporting technologies.
  • Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the business intelligence domain, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Excel, and T-SQL, as well as experience in report/visualization design and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
