About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Representative with TruGreen Limited Partnership, you will play a critical role in contributing to a high-performing team. You will be responsible for helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at their homes and/or by phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on lawn care services and products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in lawn care and related services

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to customer sites
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
