Job Summary

Provide technical support to clients experiencing computer and network hardware and software issues. Utilize excellent customer service skills and follow up to provide feedback after resolving problems. Record proper asset and inventory management tracking and documentation, respond to queries, isolate problems, troubleshoot issues, and process improvement.

  • Manage Active Directory
