Business Development Manager

Location:
St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients effectively.

Client Engagement:
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects. Make accurate sales projections.

Education:
B.Tech or MCA preferred, but not required.

Technical Understanding:
Should have a basic understanding of technology and some experience in the project/product development life cycle.

Onsite Presence:
Must be able to come to the client's office every day.

Tools Proficiency:
Strong skills in Word, Email, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Commercial Acumen:
Should understand pay rates, bill rates, margins, SOW (Statement of Work), MSA (Master Service Agreement), and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
