Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Tech Tammina. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
  • Work closely with GM Brands to manage the process of lead capture and fulfillment.
  • Attend regular meetings with GM IT to discuss lead process and improvements.
  • Report and evaluate data to inform business decisions.
  • Work with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate them to programmers and developers.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
  • Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
  • Support one or more highly complex business processes.
  • Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred, not required.
  • 5-7 years' experience required.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
Work Environment:

This role will require the individual to work closely with GM IT and attend regular meetings. The team meets with GM IT three times a week to discuss lead process and improvements. The individual will also be responsible for reporting and evaluating data to inform business decisions.
