About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Industrial Water Treatment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the industrial water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, channel partners, and consultants.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of water treatment solutions and products to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Travel within the region to meet with customers, partners, and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 5+ years of sales or channel management experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications.
  • High energy performer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
