Position Overview:

The Electronics Assembly Technician is responsible for interpreting schematic drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble electronic components according to specified product requirements. This role supports production efficiency and machine operation under direct supervision, and requires familiarity with standard assembly practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, inspect, and test precision semiconductor assemblies and components as directed.
  • Adhere to documented procedures and provide immediate feedback when uncertainties arise.
  • Meet daily production targets and communicate production outcomes, addressing any issues that may jeopardize production.
  • Verify dimensions and clearances of components to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • Ensure calibrated equipment is utilized as required and notify the appropriate engineer if discrepancies are found.
  • Prepare for assembly tasks by reviewing instructions and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Position components and subassemblies accurately using templates or measurements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following established procedures, rules, and regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School diploma.
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant work experience, though candidates with the right attitude will be considered and trained.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Salary Range: $26.00 per hour.
