- 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field, preferably in the automotive or motorsport industry.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with a strong understanding of engine and body control systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- University degree or technical training certificates in motorsports or automotive.
- ASE certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a rapid growth environment, with a focus on process improvement and team collaboration.
