Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment to prioritize, coordinate, and document patient care.
- Function in a skills mix environment and delegate tasks to unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice.
- Apply theoretical concepts to clinical practice and continually expand knowledge base and clinical skills with a focus in area of specialty.
- Associate Degree or Diploma Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum of one year of experience required.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required.
