Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at EHR Encore Health Resource. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise in a unique and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide medical device support and education.
  • Assist with device collection and facilitation of room-to-room device swaps.
  • Provide clinical expertise to support the service team in device collection and facilitation.
  • Travel nationally to support customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Nursing degree required (ADN or BSN).
  • Hospital or industry experience required.
  • Emergency room or critical care experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required.
  • Professional business acumen, including communication and soft skills, required.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to use it for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home.
  • Must be located within 1 hour of a major airport.
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required.
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of up-to-date vaccination status, required.

Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.
