Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve high-quality results, meeting or exceeding schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, scheduling, and cost forecasting
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior project management roles, preferably in commercial construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
