About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Product Integration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, collaborating with research and development teams to improve and create products, and interacting with customers and their technical teams to gain the context needed to drive development forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive product development with complete contextual knowledge and take advantage of cross-pollination and learnings between different divisions.">
  • Plan and execute projects targeting product improvement, innovation, and implementation.">
  • Foster customer relationships, understand customer needs, make recommendations, and communicate client needs to R&D teams.">
  • Support, guide, or implement R&D projects from production scale-up to commercialization.">
  • Effectively communicate with laboratory, production, and manufacturing teams to improve methods and increase production output.">
  • Travel to customer locations to meet and gain context of current infrastructure requirements to bring product solutions to commercialization and/or determine scalability of our solutions in their facility.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a water treatment role, or 7+ years of experience in a Business Development/water treatment role dedicated to product improvement, R&D work, and experience in the water treatment industry.">
  • The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams in laboratory, production, marketing, and other settings.">
  • Experience interfacing with a diverse water treatment customer base, including but not limited to industries such as food & beverage, electric power, mining, storm water & remediation, municipal drinking & wastewater, industrial wastewater, etc.">
  • A willingness to travel up to 10% to Bellingham if working remotely.">

  • Masters degree in scientific or related field with 5+ years in a Business Development/water treatment role dedicated to product development and improvement, ideally with experience in the water treatment industry.">
  • Experience with bio-polymer research and/or chitosan applications.">
  • Experience managing a team with diverse backgrounds.">

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

">

This role will be performed in a remote office setting, with occasional travel to sites as needed. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
