- Advocate for continuous client and caregiver experience improvement, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Represent our company at industry conferences and events, staying abreast of market trends and regulatory updates.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic expansion and growth efforts.
- Collaborate with key departmental leaders to develop aligned performance goals and long-term operational plans that drive sustainable growth and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Strong marketing and networking skills, with the ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to healthcare.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000.
- Up to $20,000 in annual bonuses based on client acquisition.
