Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at MSA Professional Services, Inc. in Madison, WI. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our organization by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, resume databases, and industry contacts
- Conduct phone interviews and participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future recruitment strategies
- Utilize iCIMS to manage full-cycle recruiting
- Assist with the development and implementation of diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices
- Support the company's Affirmative Action Plans and employee referral program
- Assist with career fair events and other recruitment initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of full-life cycle in-house or staffing agency recruiting experience in a medium to large organization
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive, professional candidates
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting technology and trends, with ability to research new ideas and present recommendations to leadership
- Ability to create recruiting analytics to present to leaders and utilize to impact the recruiting strategy
- Previous AEC experience/knowledge preferred
- Experience with AAP preferred
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
